Please provide the following:
- An overview photo of the racket (both sides)
- Photos of the side and top of the racket
- A close-up photo of the product defect
- A photo of the QR code (barcode or serial number) on the racket throat
- A video if the identified defect is a sound
Warranty claim for a padel racket
You need to provide the following:
- An overview photo of the racket (both sides)
- Photos of the side and top of the racket
- A close-up photo of the product defect
- A photo of the QR code (barcode or serial number) in the racket's throat
- A video if the identified defect is a sound
Warranty claim for a pair of shoes
You must provide the following:
- An overview photo of both shoes (uppers and soles)
- A photo of the label showing the shoe size, usually located on the tongue
- A close-up photo of the identified defect
Warranty claim for a consumable product, such as textiles or balls
You must provide the following:
- An overview photo of the product (both sides)
- A close-up photo of the defect
- Photos of the product labels: the inside labels with the references and the outside labels if the product is new
Warranty claim for a different product
- You must provide the following:
- An overview photo of all sides of the product
- A close-up photo of the defect
- Photos of the labels with the product reference, if visible
