Warranty request for a tennis racket
You must provide:
- An overall photo of the racket (both sides)
- Photos of the racket’s profile and top
- A close-up photo of the product defect
- A photo of the QR code (barcode or serial number) located in the throat of the racket
- A video if the defect is a noise
Warranty request for a padel racket
You must provide:
- An overall photo of the racket (both sides)
- Photos of the racket’s profile and top
- A close-up photo of the product defect
- A photo of the QR code (barcode or serial number) located in the throat of the racket
- A video if the defect is a noise
Warranty request for a pair of shoes
You must provide:
- An overall photo of both shoes (uppers and soles)
- A photo of the size label, usually located on the tongue
- A close-up photo of the defect found
Warranty request for an everyday product, such as textile items, balls
You will need to provide:
- An overall photo of the product (both sides)
- A close-up photo of the defect
- Photos of the product labels: the inner labels with the reference numbers and the outer labels if the product is new
Warranty request for another product
You will need to provide:
- An overall photo of the product from all sides
- A close-up photo of the defect
- Photos of the labels showing the product code, if visible
